Proposed rules & selection
How awards work
- A parent or guardian must submit a complete application by the announced deadline.
- Awards may be $200, $400, $600, or up to $800. They are credited to team fees and are not paid in cash.
- Players make a good-faith effort to attend practices and games, communicate absences, and follow team conduct rules.
- A small review committee assesses applications consistently and confidentially using funding and documented criteria. Applying does not guarantee an award.
- Families may request reconsideration if circumstances change or an error is identified. No applicant is penalized for requesting assistance.
